These positions will be filled
mostly through a sports quota. Candidates should be aware that the Western
Railway's Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has solicited online applications for
a variety of Group C positions. The Indian Railways is using the sports
quota to recruit candidates for various Group C positions.

Recruitment 2021: Eligibility criteria:
Interested candidates
must have completed the class 12th test or its equivalent, as well as a
graduation degree from a recognised university in any discipline. The age range
for this position is 18 to 25 years old.
Candidates for group C
jobs in Western Railway under level 4/5 must have competed in the Olympic Games
(Senior Category)OR have placed third in the World Cup (Junior/Youth/Senior
Category)/ Asian Games (Senior Category) / Commonwealth Games (Senior
Category)/ World Championships (Junior/Senior Category)/ Youth
Olympics/Champions Trophy (Hockey).
Candidates must have
represented India in the World Cup (Junior/Youth/Senior Category)/ World Championships
(Junior/Senior Category)/ Asian Games (Senior Category) / Commonwealth Games
(Senior Category)/Youth Olympics/Champions Trophy for group C in Western
Railway under level 2/3. (Hockey ). Alternatively, they should have finished
third in the Commonwealth Championship (Junior/Senior Category)/ Asian
Championship/Asia Cup (Junior/Senior Category)/ South Asian Federation Games
(Senior Category)/ USIC (World Railways) Championship (Senior Category)/ World
University Gamessarkar. Alternatively, he/she should have placed third or
higher in the Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships.
