#BanPakistanCricketTrends: The T20 World Cup begins today, but everyone is awaiting the playoff on October 24. On October 24, India and Pakistan will compete in the World Cup.
#BanPakcricket trended on Twitter as outraged Indians went to the social media site to condemn the attacks on the Indian Army during an anti-terror operation in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch and Rajouri districts.
On the 24th of October, India will begin their ICC T20 World Cup campaign against arch-rivals Pakistan in a Group 2 match at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Before the highly anticipated match, Indians decried the attacks on Indian soldiers carried out by a Pakistani terrorist group known as the LeT, and have now urged that Pakistan cricket be banned because they cannot afford to play a match against a country that hosts terrorism.
Five Indian soldiers were murdered in a territorial offensive last week, and the Indian army is still searching for them. As a result, Team India is calling for a boycott of the World Cup match against Pakistan. The family members of the deceased troops told the TV9 Bharatvarsha channel that cricket is not more important than the martyrs.
